I right clicked oon the start button and in that location was no choice for the command center

I tried just searching for cmd and it came up. However when I tried to run it as a administrator I got the mistakeI am as well now unableto connect to the net.

When i ran a diagnostic test it said that The diagnostics Policy Service is not runnig but when I click on endeavour these repairs as an administrator goose egg happens

When you right click employ the Powershell (admin) ane.

When I clicked powershell (admin) I got the bulletin "This file does not accept a program associated with it for performing this action. Please installa program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs  control panel."

Seems similar there is issues with the image.
